Athena Cross is a healthcare leader with over 15 years’ experience leading market access initiatives, insurance contracting, healthcare reimbursement, public policy, and health care strategy in the public and private sectors. She specializes in improving the public health care delivery system and has also lead several initiatives and developed numerous strategies to improve and increase access to reproductive health services.

Vienna Mbagaya
VP. Business Development
For over a decade, Vienna Mbagaya, M.P.H. has worked for a number of organizations at international, federal, private, state and community levels in the areas of HIV/AIDS, malaria, social-behavioral health, and military psychological health. Her areas of expertise include epidemiologic data gathering and analysis, qualitative methods, health disparities research, behavioral health, clinical research study coordination, and health communications.
Rebecca Barson
Public Policy & Advocacy
Rebecca Barson is the founder of RDB Strategies, and her consulting work focuses on policy and advocacy strategies to protect and expand reproductive and maternal health. She has particular expertise in the federal and state funding streams and other financing that support these programs.
Lisa Delancy
Pharmacy & Pharmaceuticals
Lisa Delancy PharmD, JD, MBA, has more than 15 years of experience in the health care industry. Lisa received her PharmD from Florida A and M University College of Pharmacy in Tallahassee, Florida. After graduating from Pharmacy School, Lisa attended Stetson University College of Law, where she earned a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration. While at Stetson, Lisa earned a Health Care Law Concentration Certificate and focused her studies on Health Care Law and Elder Law.
